Request a room with a separate shower to avoid awkward bathroom setups, as the current design offers minimal privacy.

The hotel did no have my reservation as the hotel changed names and lost our booking on their system but the hotel staff reseolved the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival. The hotel is fairly central to the business district but a little far from the centre of the city where the square is situated.
The was little in the way of information of attractions in the city.

The hotel is well positioned close to Metro. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but judging by the scarcity of accommodation in Brussels during my stay, I guess this is expected. Room was nice and spacious, the only remark being that the bathroom furnishings are a bit outdated. Breakfast was also nice when it was not too crowded. The non-stop check-out was a saviour for me, as there was a very long queue on the morning of my checkout.
Breakfast room was quite overcrowded on my first day (Monday), so it was a struggle to find seating and food. The hotel is big, which can be a disdvantage if you need to check out on a busy morning.

Only stayed 1 night as we were mertting friends from usa there so n ot really in the hotel long enough to form muchof an opinion. We liked the hospitality tray, the well stocked mini bar and the fact that we could see a digital time clock which was correct on the case of the tv. Car park was convenient and easy to use.

The hotel is cool and impressive with all you need for a fantastic stay. The property has an awesome and decent location, just off Brussels as well as the city centre. Brussels Centre district deserves your attention.

I had such a great experience here, especially with the free mini bar and lovely views from my room! The breakfast spread was extensive, but I found the coffee service to be lacking. I would choose this place again!

Spa & Gym were beautiful
The room I was in was nothing like the pictures that had been organised and was not worth the money that was paid. Very disappointing.

Awesome stay with a view!
Wow, the views from our room were just amazing! I loved the comfy electronic blinds for catching some extra sleep. The staff was really pleasant too. Only thing was the taxi driver we booked through the hotel. He took us the long way, kinda shady. The bar area looked nice, but we didn't eat there.
